Bitwire
I met Bitwire when all the team had was a vision and initial wireframes. Over the course of a year, I ran product, shipped an MVP, brought their brand to life, and built a design system from scratch.
Bitwire had been spinning their wheels for months. I worked directly with the CEO to get things unstuck. Six weeks later, they had an MVP. I stayed on for a year, working through post-launch iterations to help them find product-market fit.
I evolved a teaser page into a full website shortly after shipping the MVP, using it as a place to experiment with the brand and learn how to best position the product. I designed and built it in Webflow so that anyone on the team could update it after I was done.
I turned a logo into a fully realized brand, designed to push back against the stuffiness of the PR industry. After listening closely to the CEO, I distilled three guiding attributes:
I built the design system on top of Material Design so anyone who came after me could pick it up easily. On top of that foundation I layered custom components including a unique Checkout Bar along with Gradient and Shape components that enabled the creation of distinct brand elements. Colors and Styles were synced to Webflow as variables.
